Milking
Put oil or hand lotion (not soap!) on hands. With thumb and forefinger, squeeze penis shaft. Pull downward. Repeat, alternating hands. Make each stroke last about three seconds. Do about 200 strokes. |
As your penis gets bigger, you can wrap thumb and forefinger around and squeeze slightly as you pull. |
RISK: too much pressure can burst capillaries in your penis, resulting in small red spots. These will go away in a few days.
If circumcised, you may experience swelling at your circumcision scar after several hundred strokes. This 'doughnut effect' goes away after a few hours. Don't overdo it! |
Dry Milking Milking with lubricant may create more mess and sexual stimulation than you want. You can also milk 'dry,' squeezing and pulling as if trying to squeeze the stuffing out of a sausage, without letting your fingers slide over the skin. When your penis swells, you can milk the base (1) and middle (2) of your penis shaft separately. |
After a good milking session, your penis will appear larger than normal for a short time. What if I get an erection?
What about ejaculating?
What if it hurts?
How often should I do this?
Some people suggest days off - one day a week or every other day. Use your own judgment. |
Pulling With semi-erect penis, wrap thumb and forefinger completely around shaft. Tighten your PC muscles (optional), then pull penis out or up. Lying in bed, you can create the pull by slightly tilting your pelvis back. This is a very powerful exercise, and can easily rupture capillaries. Don't overdo it! |
