Have you got balls? I mean, really got balls? Balls that swing?

Stretching the skin of your scrotum is simple. For five minutes or so a day (perhaps before you get out of bed in the morning), simply pull your balls down, or to the side. Every time you go to the bathroom, give a half dozen gentle but firm tugs. Within a week, you'll start noticing a difference.

How big are you? Measuring your penis

Measure before you start PE!

No wood? Use a book.

Erect length

A) erect penis
B) piece of wood. Mark penis length (arrow).
C) piece of wood cut to show your next 1 cm / 1/4" goal.

Shortcut: grab your penis behind the glans, and pull straight out to simulate your erect length. It won't be exactly the same, but you can track progress without having an erection.

Normal (grown man): 5 - 7 inches (12.7 - 17.8 cm).
Average (grown man): 5.5 - 6 inches (14 -15.25 cm).

Some general penis enlargement advice

  • Be patient. Haste makes waste.
  • Perseverance furthers. Rome wasn't built in a day.
  • Record time spent each day, and what you did.
  • No pain! some soreness is normal.
  • Know yourself. Confront your own fears, shame and anxieties. Write everything down as you sort through your memories and feelings::
    • When did you first think your penis was small? Why?
    • Who was with you? Did that person do or say something?
    • Were you embarrassed?
    • What if you could go back to that situation, with a bigger penis?
    • Does anyone else care how big your penis is? Why?
    • Have you ever felt your penis was perfect? What was the situation?
    • Can you imagine your penis being perfect a few months from now?
    • What (or whose) do you want your penis to look like, ideally? 
  • Build self-esteem. For some people, positive self-esteem comes naturally. Most of us need to work on it. Say to yourself: "I LIKE myself." Smile when you say it. Say it again! And again! Tell yourself hundreds of times each day, with feeling: I LIKE my self... I LIKE my self... I LIKE my self..."
  • Talk to others. That's what forums are for!
  • Make the best of what you've got...
    • Trim your pubic hair to make your penis look bigger.
    • Exercise! Reducing body fat makes your penis look longer.
    • Don't pee before showering in the locker room. Your penis will be larger.
    • a quick tug or two can add "instant size" before undressing, especially after you've been milking for a while. Of course, this might not be cool if you end up with an erection in the locker room!

Basic version: PVC pipe (1/2" - 12.7 mm) -10" (25.4 cm) long

How to use Jelq Sticks

Powerjelq - start with your penis at or near its maximum flaccid size. Place the sticks at mid-shaft and gently pull toward the head, making each pull last about three seconds. Pull out and down. Continue for 15 minutes, one or two sessions per day.

Do this in bright light, direct sunlight if possible, and watch closely for any bruises or other discoloration that develops. It WILL take some trial and error to learn how much force is too much. At first, avoid doing this with a full erection. For advanced users, continue while erect.

Lockups: grasp penis horizontally, positioning so that you can achieve maximum comfortable pull. Standing, pull upward, resting hands against abdomen. Pull and hold maximum upward intensity. Now gently lean back, then forward, then side to side. Do Kegels. Repeat to yourself, "my penis is getting longer, and stronger, and thicker."

Advanced users ONLY!

Marksman technique - "sit on floor against the wall. Raise your legs so your penis hangs down between them. Reach round your legs and grip penis with sticks and streeetch. This is quite intense and gives an effect almost as good as hanging." (Actually I think it some ways it's better than hanging.) Hold tension on for up to 15 minutes, then take a break and repeat if you want.

One handed gear shift - Wrap a rubber band several times around one end of the sticks. Sit against wall with legs apart on a carpeted floor. Grasp penis vertically with sticks, with rubber band on the bottom. Place rubber band end on floor, and use one hand to push outward. Hold tension on for up to 15 minutes, then take a break and repeat if you want.

Roll-ups - you can grasp your penis horizontally with the sticks, roll it forward (or back) and pull that way. Why would you want to do this? Boredom, I guess....

Directional variations - grasp and pull to the sides, straight up, out, down.

Warning: though most adverse effects from this go away after a day or two, you must determine the level of risk you're willing to take. A good session will leave you pleasantly sore. Sharp or persistent pain means you're overdoing it.

Wrap your penis shaft, then place one Velcro tie so that ends of pipe are touching, or very close to it. Place wrapped portion of penis into the 'V' and attach the other Velcro cable tie. If you wrap it close to your penis, you can slide it outward to tighten the grip if necessary.

A very effective weight is a five-pound ankle weight that has removable 8-ounce weights. Drape it or wrap it around the pipes. By shifting the weight away from your body, you increase the leverage and the amount of pull.

Swim cap attachment: I invented this a few years ago. You take a piece of latex (i.e., from a swim cap) and wrap it around your penis, and then attach a weight to it. You can also roll it onto the end of a broomstick, roll it off so it looks like a condom, and roll it onto your penis. (See Old stuff link if you want details.) It's awkward, and limited, but better than...

..the Loop: this was my first homemade knockoff, and it's surprising - considering how limited this design is - how many commercial devices use this principle. It twists the penis head upward with a vengeance, puts a lot of pressure on the dorsal area, where veins and nerves run. Basically, it's pretty dangerous, but it served him well :-)

Homemade 'Bib' hanger: Somebody told me about using a rubber pipe clamp. He substituted foam pipe insulation and put it on my web site. Someone else improved on the design. Pretty cool the way these things develop. Foam pipe insulation is comfortable and warm. Though a bit awkward to attach and remove, this is comfortable and cheap, and allows considerable weight to be used. It's not clear clamp is in this photo. If you use a hose clamp, fit your electric screwdriver with a non-slip screwdriver blade (flat part in a cylinder of metal to prevent it coming off the screw and potentially gouging you).

Waist stretchers: if you're impressed by the Penis Plus, here's an easy way to try it for a fraction of the cost. All you need is an Ace bandage and a little extra padding.

The taut line hitch is a great a knot that will serve you in many other ways (tying down loads on cars, for example). Here's a diagram (thank you, Boy Scouts!):

Light penis weights: if you're impressed by the Circle Device, it's not to hard to muster up some light weight and wrap it onto to little Johnny for a test drive. Peabody told me about golf club weights, which you can get at a sporting goods store (or perhaps WalMart). In the picture, he's secured them with the swim cap.

Vacuum penis pumping: do this for fun, but don't get your hopes up for permanent results anytime in this century (or the next), despite the donkey dicks in the ads.

Pumping can feel great, and makes your dick real big for an hour or two afterward before all the gains go away.

But it gives little if any permanent result, plus you have the risk of blisters, discoloration, bruising; risk of burst capillaries; risk of temporary impotence.

Penis enlargement surgery: expensive and dangerous. No, it is NOT possible to make the penis longer through surgery (unless they come up with a penis transplant). It's basically an illusion. Though surgery techniques may be improving, why bother when you can get a bigger penis for, at most, a few dollars?

The procedure to "lengthen" the penis is by cutting the suspensory ligament. This gives the appearance of a longer penis but does not actually increase its length. It also makes the penis more unstable during intercourse and in do course more susceptible to injury. This surgery leaves a permanent scar. And a lower angle of erection (provided the surgeon doesn't screw up, and you never have an erection again). And - surprise! - without weights* after surgery, a person's penis may become shorter than before, as the body repairs the butcher's damage.

The other method of enlargement is by injecting or grafting fat from elsewhere on the body around the penis to create a fatter penis. This gives the appearance of a fat, wide penis but not longer. These procedures are not recommended and have very high complication rates.

*Question: if weights alone produce genuine lengthening, why would a greedy, selfish plastic surgeon ever recommend surgery? Especially if he's going to tell you to use weights afterward? And especially since the weights do the job on their own?

I got the biggest scare of my PE career when heI attached a couple of pounds to this and forgot about it for a while - it really looked like it had done permanent damage.

Hacksaw, tube cutter (optional), file, scissors, ruler


  • Prepare pieces: use hacksaw to cut metal to length (a pipe cutter works better on copper tubing). Smooth sharp edges with a file. Use scissors to cut two pieces of latex about 2.5" (~65 mm) long. If too tight, cut one piece longer.
  • Assemble: Push hose ends over rod and tube about 1/4" (6 mm) Test for fit: grasp metal pieces and pull outward to stretch tubing. Fit cock and balls completely through. Gently release. It should feel good, but also tight enough that one of your balls doesn't slip through. Adjust overlap of hose on metal, or cut larger pieces of latex until it feels right. Metal can be on sides (easiest) or top and bottom.
  • To remove, roll fingers under rod and tube until no hair is caught, then pull outward and off.
  • Trimming hair around the sides and bottom of scrotum makes the procedure more pleasant
  • BTW, if you've ever wanted your jeans to bulge, a cock and ball ring is the ticket ;-)


You can wear the metal on top and bottom for sleeping, but it's more comfortable on the sides when you're up and about. I wear mine during weight hanging and after.

This unit produces .12~.5 volts, depending on moisture. Filling the tubes with saline solution boosts current to .8V. To do this, glue three of the connections (both ends of the copper) with Superglue and let set. Pour in saline solution, push tube over remaining end of zinc, then roll latex back, allow to dry, apply glue, and roll back into place.

Improvements to Health to Increase Potency

Thanks for requesting details of my experiences in improving my sexual potency.


In 1974 I attended a fertility clinic to see if it was my "fault" my wife could not get pregnant. It was!

I had a sperm count of just 6 million per whatever it is (millilitres?) and was only ejaculating about two or three millilitres of semen - total of 18 million spermatozoa. I was told the "normal" is 100 million sperm and five millilitres of semen. My sperm was also low quality with many damaged sperms and something called low motility rate (not swimming about). I had a low testosterone level too! I was sent to see a fertility specialist.

The specialist examined my testicles and penis function and found no particular problems and said I should be able to father children. He gave me a check list to help increase my testosterone and sperm count and its quality and quantity.

  • Relax
  • Stop smoking
  • Wear loose, or no underclothes
  • Stop drinking spirits
  • Do light exercise
  • Stop taking tranquillisers
  • Eat more fruit and vegetables
  • Spray cold water onto testicles (yuk)


I realised that I had slipped into bad habits and started my recovery plan. Firstly I did pack up smoking. It was very hard to do. I felt better and my sperm count rose to 30 million but still only two or three millilitres of semen. I stopped eating burgers and doughnuts and lost some weight. I went swimming every weekend and cycled to work (about two miles). I changed from jockey briefs to boxer shorts and then no underwear. My sperm count rose to a satisfactory 90 million per millilitre but still only two or three millilitres of semen. Testosterone was still very low. My friends said I had large breasts but I was used to them. Further research found that Soya products, like Soya milk and Soya protein can mimic the female hormone oestrogen. I was using a lot of Soya products as a vegetarian. I stopped using Soya products. I finally managed to kick the tranquilliser habit and all these things helped to restore a youthful erection and a high sperm count and good quantity of semen. I finally sprayed my testicles with cold water once a day in the morning. We were offered a baby to adopt and we had to use contraceptives to avoid having two babies at the same time. What a turn round.

This feeling of well being continued until quite recently until I was about 50 years old. The years after this saw my erections getting softer and my sexual urge waning. A blood test showed low levels of testosterone. I was entering the andropause. After a few months of frustration I decided to do something about it again. I bought a product called an energiser ring for about £50 ($85 US). It was a hard plastic ring with metal contacts on which fitted around my testicles and penis. Although it was uncomfortable to wear I persevered because the company said it would take six weeks to work. It did work. My erections came back and my ejaculation spurts increased from five or six to a record breaking 25 spurts. My wife was amazed. A further blood test showed normal to high levels of testosterone. Big problem. The ring was very hard, uncomfortable and inflexible and sometimes came undone and dropped off. Not too good at a party or in a meeting. I decided to make my own modifications to the ring. I contacted the company president and they said I could manufacture the ring for them to my own new design. It all fell through and they still sell the hard plastic ring. This is not an effective idea as the ring has to be comfortable and a snug fit at all times when worn, to keep metal contacts close to the skin. My new design follows. It is made of 10mm (3/8 ) clear, food quality, silicon rubber tubing - worn as a ring of about 65mm (2.5) inches in diameter (make to suit your anatomy). Metal contacts made from three 10mm diameter x 10mm long copper and three same size zinc tubes are pushed onto the tubing. The whole thing is held together by a simple internal elastic strap. The contacts cause a one volt current to flow around your genitals. You can't really feel the current. Sometimes it tickles if you get hot and sweaty. The voltage does something to the production of semen, sperm and testosterone levels. You can make it up from easily available parts if you look for them. The biggest problem for US people is finding something called 99.95 pure zinc 10mm ( 3/8 inch) solid anode rod.

This needs drilling through to 8.5 mm (.334") to fit on the rubber tubing. Unfortunately it is only supplied in 2 metre (6 foot) lengths. You might find some. It is essential to get pure zinc for health and safety reasons. There is a lot of lead and nickel etc. in commercial zinc. The copper contacts are 10mm (3/8 inch) diameter by 10mm (3/8 inch) long high quality "food approved" water pipe. The supporting ring is 10mm (3/8 inch) silicon rubber tube and should not be too hard to get from medical or scientific mail order stores. Make the elastic strap from the briefs you have stopped wearing! The device should be worn at all times. You should start feeling the effects after about six to seven weeks. It should work for you. Don't ask me how! It could be that the electrical current generated affects the acupuncture points which are under the contacts. I don't know. Try it. If you have difficulty getting the stuff to make you own, or don't want to bother, and can afford it, I can make you one for £30 UK or $50 US out of the materials I have got left over - this includes post packing and some accessories to keep the ring clean etc. Email me for my address. You have to measure the circumference around all your genitals close to your body (penis and testicles). Use a length of soft cord or something. Tie it so it is a snug fit, not too tight. Just tight enough to fit your finger under. Wear the cord for a day or two to see if it is okay and mark the cord with a pen where the knot is and cut the knot off. Measure a bit oversize and cut it back as you want. I wear mine continually, even when swimming and running or working. It feels good and comfortable and I know it is working for me. I have also found that the wet milking method on the Forum has further increased my sexual potency and erection firmness. I now massage my testicles gently downwards too afterwards while I'm oiled up to see what happens - but it's early days yet. Watch the Forum.
