Do you still do PE? Occasionally some manual stretching.
Why don't you do more? Why should I?
What method should I use? Whatever you think will be most practical and effective.
Are there risks? Of course, but you're a big boy. If you're not, don't do this stuff. Don't mix sexual stimulation with PE. Don't be stupid.
What does 'AFB' stand for? Absolutely Brilliant. And then some. (I'm not shy ;-)
What about penis pumps? Waste of time. My opinion.
Penis surgery? Don't even think about it. There are some true horror stories.
Penis pills? I'll let you guess my answer. Otherwise, pull my finger.
What about penis stretching devices that don't use weights? My bias is towards devices that are cheap or DIY, require no special materials or machinery, are inconspicuous when not in use (or in your luggage). The penis stretching devices I've seen meet none of these criteria. They're also so bulky that you'd want privacy to use them, and use 'the noose' which puts pressure on dorsal nerves and arteries. Aside from that. I'm sure they're fine. I've seen some home-made designs but my feeling is why bother when weights are so much easier? Again, my opinion.

1 140 hours 'hang time' with weight ranging from 1-6 pounds (.45 - 2.7 kg). I stopped in 1996 because gains stopped. My routine: 20 minutes on, 10 minutes off, two hours morning and two hours in the afternoon. I built a standing desk in my home office and wore baggy sweat pants to conceal the hanging nylon sack with lead tire weights. The 'noose' hanger I used could easily cut off circulation (bad!) and twisted my penis upward. I definitely DO NOT recommend it.
2 A few years later, I did another 140 hours with slightly more weight, resulting in 4.5" flaccid and 7.375" erect. More recently I appear to have made a gain doing short stretching periods of only five minutes.
