I'll be the first to tell you I'm not as physically active as I could be. I'm kind of lazy, in fact. I don't want an elaborate training program and diet. To hell with paying for a gym membership! I want simple things that work, preferably without spending a lot of time.

First on the list for most of us is achieving our ideal weight. In Eat to Live, Dr. Joel Fuhrman shows you how to let your body do that naturally. He says, 'The salad is the main course,' but it's not about vegetarianism, rather getting maximum nutrition. I live with a woman who cooks wonderfully, so I don't follow it rigorously. For a while, however, I did. It works!

Here's my daily routine:

  1. The Miracle 7 Exercises, by Scott Peterson
  2. Next, for yoga-like (and perhaps other) benefits, I do the Five Tibetan Rites.
  3. Finally, I do Tabata interval training for four minutes.

That's it. 20 minutes a day, or less.

Exercise increases growth hormone, which is the youth hormone responsible for libido and sexual stamina during the teen years. More muscle = more testosterone.
