What I did in 1996:
- 10-15 minutes hanging, 10-15 minutes rest
- Two hours morning and two hours afternoon
- Starting weight 450g (1 lb), max 2.7kg (6 lbs)
- Total “hang time” 140 hours
- Stopped because gains plateaued
I had a maximum weight limit because the “noose” design I had copied, from the only penis enlargement device I had seen, puts all the pressure on the nerves and blood vessels your penis needs to stay alive. Leave it on too long, and you might have do serious damage to your little friend.
As I almost did one day. After 15 minutes of hanging, I was about to remove the weights inside my sweat pants when my wife walked in and talked business for 10 more. Fortunately I had no permanent damage, but it looked like this and the head was completely cold!
