43 years young.
Started about July 1998
erect length, just under 6"
flaccid length, 6"
girth, probably less than 5.
I didn't keep measurements until 2/99 because I thought PE was a crock.

flaccid length, 11 1/2"
erect length, 10 1/2"
girth, 6 1/2" at base

Hung very "high" before PE. Now hang"normal".

No measured gains for four months. flaccid measures 1/8" longer, and could be a little more but I'm not going for more length gains.

I was surprised because I thought I would have some erect gains. I think the girth toward the head is getting bigger which is what I want. I've always measured at the base so I guess I need to start measuring at the head.

I still am taking it slower. Still take off two complete days. Hang 4 to 6 hours per day, and milk app 2 hours per day. Not recommended!!! Will continue at current levels at least one more month.

I worked up to these levels over time, and I am convinced you don't have to hang this many hours or use the weight I have to get results. I have the time while working and I like it. Also, I use a hanger which puts no pressure on the nerves in the groove.

Bib, what hanger are you currently using which puts no pressure on the nerves? Is this the one archived? Did you make it? Here we go again! I'd be especially interested in obtaining or making this. Thanks in advance. Thanks also for the training insights in your posts and those of the experience veterans.

This one is really a lot more complicated and would be really hard to explain. It would take a tech manual. I'm trying to figure out a way to make them. I would like to send out some beta models for a few people to try, but I don't have time right now.

It's 4.5 erect. It's 11.5 only when stretched flaccid.

Can we have a comment from your wife to verify your gains?

They are exceptional gains, I think possibly a little to impressive to be true. At 10.5" you would be beyond the scope of every length survey ever performed. There is even some doubt as to whether the legendary J Holmes was that impressive.

Whatever floats your boat. I have no idea what good that would do, but I'll ask her this evening. Seems less believable than the picture idea.

Thing is, what you need to decide (or believe)is whether the discussed techniques will work for you. Everyone has problems believing my gains and I understand. I couldn't believe it when it was happening. Also, at 43, I really don't care if anyone believes. The old "I got mine" scenario. But I am not going to lie by lowering my gains. Would you believe 1", 2", 3"?

Bib, if you do get them made, please consider me as a trial recipient. Would also give a generous donation for time and effort required. I'd rather give it to someone who personally designed it, since it was done with their own stake in it originally. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing results. A VERY VERY inspiring post for us just getting started with PE.

Any special diet during this period?
Do you think body size/style (ie small or large) has any relationship on one's enlargement possibilities?

It appears from your results/routine that one really needs both a weight and milk program rather than just one or the other alone.

I haven't used any special diet. Last 6 months I've lost about 30 lbs. I'm 6'3", 270 lbs. Probably lost weight because I feel better about myself. I don't really know. It's a shame to have a good penis on a fat body.

I don't know about body size vs penis size. I think the gains etc. have more to do with how it hangs etc. Mine is nothing like the way it used to be.

I believe the length gains came from hanging. I believe at least some of the girth came from milking. I don't milk very hard; either squeezing or pulling. I think milking is important for blood flow and general penis health. Also, I don't ejaculate at any time during or close to milking.

Soma seems to have a real good program for starting on his thread. It is close to what I started with. It would take a long time to work up to my times/weights.

Flacid vs. Hard

Bib earlier you stated your longer flaccid then erect.
I thought it should be the other way around. Is this a mistake? Just curious what happening here, Thanks for the post, very impressive and inspiring.

I've always wondered the same thing and don't have any idea. I started out about even, and as I progressed, I was steadily longer flaccid than hard. It gets better from time to time. I have been as much as 1 3/8 inch longer flaccid. Usually, it is about 1 inch longer flaccid. Also, when I have been more than 1 inch longer flaccid one month, the next month I was longer erect. Don't really want any more length.

From reading your posts, you sound pretty serious, so that's great.
I think from the gains you have made, you should be the poster-child for PE! LOL

Your flaccid length is an INCH LONGER than erect?
That's sort of weird, but I guess when you are that big, it happens. So you actually shrink when you get an erection?

Anyway, I think your posts give encouragement. I am currently 5.25 Inches, and I want to get to about 7 or so. I really don't want a 9 or 10 inch penis.
Do you think starting with Milking (Without weights)
is sufficient for the first 6 months???

I am truly sorry. I don't know how I missed this post from you. I think everyone needs to start slow. I can't recommend just milking or just weights. You need to develop your own program. Milking can help to get you used to later heavier work. However, I believe hanging gave me the majority of my gains. You can start out very light for a little time and be safe. Hope this helps and sorry it took so long.
