Sizemeister's routine
A regimen of hanging and variations of the Jelq stroke. I choose the schedule I'm posting because that's the only way I can squeeze everything into a week.
"HOT" wrap penis and testicles, 10 minutes. I love the way the heat stimulates my testicles, it seems to prep me for the task at hand.
Monday: 1 hour of jelqing using strokes 1 and 2 (listed below), hot shower in lieu of hot wrap
Tuesday: 1.5 hours of hanging (20 min on, 10 off), 30-45 minutes jelq, hot shower in lieu of hot wrap
Wed: same as Monday
Thursday: same as Tuesday
Friday: same as Monday except some hang time added in the evening
Saturday: OFF (complete rest day)
Sunday: Hanging, however long I have time to do it
And I throw in sets of Ulis just about every day.
This puts me with 5 jelq days and 4 hanging days a week, with one day of nothing but rest.
Jelq stroke #1: standard OK, usually thumb, index, and middle fingers, alternating hands with each stroke. I prefer the longer more powerful strokes to the faster ones.
Jelq stroke #2:
Perhaps some of you have tried this. If not, I suggest you try it. While you are partially erect, after you have been jelqing for a few minutes and your member is limber (ooo I made a rhymie!!!) do a strong kegel and grab your shaft at the base with your left hand using the standard OK grip, You can keep kegeling then holding the squeeze on the base until you have your desired level of engorgement. It's like having your penis at it's erect size, but having it be more flexible, not truly erect as in the Uli#3. You may want to pull the left hand (the one holding the base) forward a bit to engorge the rest of the penis more.
Then milk your member forward using your right hand, and keep going with your right hand while clamping down with your left hand. My head becomes HUGE after doing this
exercise. I usually do it when I start to lose sufficient engorgement due to fatigue. When I finish my flaccid flopper is much bigger (for now it's temporary, hopefully later permanent gains will occur) than with regular jelq alone. You just have to be careful not to milk TOO hard.
I feel very tingly down there when I am rinsing it in the shower when I'm done. I am usually sore (this is only my second week back into PE) maybe that will go away soon.

I am now concentrating on jelqing and girth exercises primarily. I still hang occasionally. My new strategy is to keep hanging occasionally, but to work on the routine below primarily. When my gains begin to slow dramatically, or I just decide I need a change I'll probably flip-flop and have a weight-intensive routine with some jelqing again.
Knowing when to change things around is essential!!!!
I follow this routine 5 days a week.
1) HOT WRAP, 10 minutes.
2) JELQ, 60 minutes, changing up with the following strokes (same as listed above, but I repeat them here anyway).
Jelq stroke #1:

3) GIRTH exercises, 20-30 minutes
Immediately after my jelq workout when my penis is already nice and stretched and swollen is when I do these exercises. They include:
---The Uli # 3 (see post in Personal Routines section)
---Grabbing the penis at the base with an OK, getting it engorged, and then maintaining the squeeze while adding my middle, ring and pinky fingers so I have it enclosed in my fist. I release and kegel occasionally, pump my hand forward, push down on my head (thanks to Dance for that idea), anything to get it way beyond normal engorgement. Of course I have to switch hands frequently.
4) HOT SHOWER -- I always hold either a Uli or the "fist" exercise above so I am really engorged, and then get in the shower and soak it while holding that last squeeze. I then release and give my wang a good soak and shake it out!!!Alternatively, I sometimes hotwrap while doing those girth exercises.
I am swollen all over my penis after doing this, but especially around the head and just behind it. More than once I have gotten a "donut" effect where the shaft just behind the head is just absolutely huge. I have only been doing this for a couple of weeks and already have noticed a big difference while flaccid.

Seems like you've been having pretty good success with jelqing. I have 2 questions though. While jelqing I lose some of my stiffness, should I just continue or kegel to get some of it back? Also, I don't feel like engineering some contraption to hang with (excuse the pun) is there a place where I can buy a bib hanger?

I have the same problem sometimes, usually when I feel like it might be going soft I do some kegels like you said. Sometimes I'll kegel to force some blood into my penis and do jelq stroke #2 above. Usually, though,I have to find some porn to get me aroused again so I can stay hard enough to have a productive jelq.
The Bib hanger we are referring is a homemade hanger designed by Bib, one of our Co-Admins. It is very simple to make, instructions are posted under the thread titles "Bib hanger". you can't buy it anywhere, but there are other weight systems or stretchers you can buy on the net.

I noticed in both of your posts that you said you sometimes "go soft" during your jelqing routines. I found that using my vacuum pump to apply a mild suction, breaking my jelqing into "sets", whereby in between each set the vacuum is applied, eliminates this.
Size, I discern from your posts that you are focusing on girth. Using the vacuum pump gives you a larger girth ALL OVER the entire length of the shaft, not just focused on the head and behind the head as you indicated is the result your routine. I only jelq (no hanging) and have tried my routine both ways and I definitely have more girth when working in the pump. I also kegel while in the pump, which really expands the head. For a variation, you can also "milk" the pump by tugging on it until you increase the pressure by about 1hg, holding for 3 seconds and then releasing. You might even consider using it instead of the jelq #2 or Uli #3 which over time might give you a disproportionate shaft development because the area near the base of your penis is being clamped, while the rest of it is still being exercised (stretched). I've seen the results of what uneven pressure can do to a penis via the Yahoo jelqing guy (mkycrash) who looks kinda strange from certain angles.

I have read your posts about your routine, pumping and all. I find it intriguing. But, I still have my reservations about using a pump.
I am working on minor revisions of my routine which I think will address the problem of uniform girth gains. I will post it in a few weeks or when I see results. Thanks for taking time to post.

My updated routine
I think this will produce more uniform girth gains.
Here is my new routine:
1) HOT WRAP -- rice sock method, 10 minutes
2) JELQ #1 (see above post)
3) JELQ #2 (see above post)
--steps 2) and 3) usually take up about 15 minutes together
4) Get a full erection and maintain it for a minute or so
4) GIRTH EXERCISES (see above post), 15 minutes
5) repeat steps 2) thru 5) for a total of 2 hours
6) end with hot shower in lieu of hot wrap
I seem to be getting better expansion with this modification. I am now doing my girth exercises several times throughout my workout rather than having one long session at the conclusion. I think that jelqing after doing the girth exercises I have listed above will take advantage of the recently stretched blood vessels and be even more beneficial. Furthermore, It has served to spread out the "swollen" look of my penis so the "donut" is not quite as apparent.
Changing up every 15 minutes also keeps things from getting too monotonous.
This is my routine on an ideal day. Unfortunately I don't always have time to work for two hours, so occasionally I have to improvise. I'll post results soon.

Here's another very good girth exercise I picked up from another site.
Get an erection (80 % is probably optimal) and grab at the base with the OK. You may want to release, kegel, and grab again to trap more blood. Keeping a tight clamp at the base, take your thumb and first two fingers of the opposite hand and place them at some point on your shaft. You can start out with the thumb on top, and the two fingers at the bottom.
With the thumb and two fingers, lightly squeeze your penis in a rhythmic, pulsing manner. Stay in the same spot for 10 pulses, and then move to a different point up your shaft. When you have gone the length of the shaft in this manner, change your hand so that your thumb and first two fingers are touching the sides of your penis rather than the top and bottom, and repeat the squeezes.

New schedule
This is all the time my work and class schedule will allow this semester.
Mon, Wed, Fri:
My normal routine (see above post), 90 minutes in the A.M.(not including warm-up time)
Ulis (usually with Uli device) 30 to 60 minutes in the PM
Sun, Tues, Fri, Sat: rest days.
This is basically a 1 on, 1 off routine. I hope it works cuz that's all I have time for right now.
